You see, while climbing the corporate ladder from support agent to Head of Customer Care at companies like Wix and TripAdvisor, I stumbled onto something fascinating: the secret sauce of business success isn't buried in spreadsheets or hidden in fancy frameworks. It's in understanding what makes humans tick.

While everyone else was obsessing over metrics and KPIs (important stuff, don't get me wrong), I was captivated by a different question: how does the way we show up as humans shape the way we show up in business?

I've built brands under the South American sun, led teams through Irish rain, scaled operations under Spanish skies, called Vienna home for the last while… and now I’m full on “nomad” (talk about a journey, right?).
